Colossians 1:14 reminds us that in Christ we have redemption and the forgiveness of sins.

Biblical forgiveness carries the idea of sending away or releasing. Through what Jesus accomplished on the cross, our sins are no longer held against us.

When we understand what His forgiveness means, we can live free from condemnation, knowing that we are loved and accepted in Christ.

Ephesians 2:13 reminds us that through Jesus, we have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

The blood of Jesus does more than protect us — it brings us close to our Heavenly Father. Our relationship with God is not based on our performance or behaviour, but on what Jesus has already done for us.

You are not far off. Because of the blood of Jesus, you have been brought near.

Galatians 3:28 reminds us that in Christ, the labels, status and divisions of this world no longer determine our value.

At the foot of the cross, we all stand on equal ground. No one is greater and no one is lesser. Our worth is not found in achievements, status or labels, but in who we are in Christ Jesus.

1 Thessalonians 5:18 tells us to give thanks in everything, because this is God’s will for us in Christ Jesus.

That does not mean we have to be thankful for every difficult circumstance we face. Instead, even when things are not good, we can intentionally choose to thank God in the middle of them.

Gratitude keeps our attention on God and reminds us of His goodness regardless of what is happening around us.

Ephesians 1:3 tells us that God has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in Christ.

There is a big difference between hoping that one day God will give us what we need and recognizing what He has already made available to us through Jesus.

Instead of living with wishful thinking, we can walk with confidence in what we already have in Christ and apply those spiritual blessings to our lives today.
